Q:  Can I place an international order on The Wells Fargo Online History Museum Store? 

A:  To place an international order simply browse the online museum store, complete the International Order Form, and send to IMS customer service by email or Fax. You can also place your order over the phone.

If some items are listed with a future shipping date or display a backorder status, it means we will ship these items to you as soon as they arrive at our service center. You will not be charged for any items until they are shipped.

Although your credit card will only be charged as items ship, you may notice an account authorization for the full order amount. Please allow up to 72 hours for the authorization to clear.


Q: How do I go about returning or exchanging an order?

A: There are three easy steps to return an order.

  1. Contact Customer Service at 1.800.842.3222 for a Return ID Number.
  2. Pack your item(s) securely and include the packing slip that arrived with your order. If you no longer have the original product packaging, use a shipping box and include padding such as bubble wrap or newspaper. Once packed, please ship the product back to our warehouse facility (address below). 
  3. Once the product is received and evaluated by our warehouse team, a credit will be issued back to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to process. 

For exchanges, please follow the same three-step process above. Once Step 3 is complete, the replacement product will ship and be charged to the original form of payment used on the initial order.

Q:  I need to cancel my order, how do I do this?

A: Please call or email customer service to cancel your order 1-800-842-3222 | wellsfargo@groupii.com. Most orders ship in 24-48 hours. If the item has already shipped please see the return process above.

A: Most orders ship in 24-48 hours and are usually received in 5-7 business days via ground shipping. If your order is needed by a specific date but are unsure which shipping method to choose, call our customer service specialist team at 1-800-842-3222. We are always happy to help.
